Shattered after yesterdays 70 k windsurf so it was nice to do something diferent :) So after breakfast Mag and I headed to Newbourne and parked at the park and headed off to the River Deben with a picnic.It was a lovely hot sunny day and we enjoyed walking in Suffolk countryside and along the busy river stopping just short of Ramsholt for our lunch and to read our books :) It was then back to van picking blackberries on the way :) I then drove past The Dip to see Mark,Steve and Ian out having fun so I went and got my gear !!!
